Features
The pizza crusts are rolled and extended by the press rollers to make the crusts shiny and stable quality; the press rollers are equipped with a thickness adjustment device to set the thickness of the crusts to increase or decrease the weight of the products; the pneumatic or mechanical slitting device cuts the crusts into round cakes and at the same time ties the holes, so that the moulds will not get stuck and the cakes cut out will be of stable tendon. The operating system adopts PLC and touch screen for easy operation, imitating pure manual production, the pizza products baking process is not affected, the appearance is flat, smooth, natural, beautiful and clear pattern. Production of different specifications of pizza pie (can be customized according to customer requirements pattern) product diversification can also produce doughnuts, Danish bread, etc.
Procedure
1. Irregular dough sheet is made into certain regular dough sheet by pressing rollers (thickness of dough sheet is adjustable)
2. The dough sheet is conveyed by the conveyor belt and rolled out through the small holes by the small hole roller
3. Pneumatic cutter to cut out the customer's desired size of round cake
4. The waste dough is recycled by the conveyor belt for secondary use
5. Spreading and recycling devices reduce unnecessary waste
6. Automatic tray arrangement by conveyor belt (each pizza is automatically lined at a certain distance)

1 year warranty. If any malfunction occurs in warranty, we would provide free repairing service and spare parts. If technicians need to be sent to the buyer’s plant,the transportation cost and expenses for board and lodging need to be paid by the buyer.
